Kyle Stepp

Since his diagnosis in 2008 with Stage IV Bone Cancer, Kyle has been a National Ambassador for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, Sunshine Kids Foundation, CureFest USA and others. After being treated at UNM Children’s Hospital for three and a half years, Doctors declared Kyle cured of the disease at age 17. He found his passion amid the hardest time of his life – to make sure no child ever fights cancer alone. And on October 20, 2020 after a tragic mountain bike accident, Kyle had to experience an emergency surgery to amputate his left leg above the knee.

Kyle lives his life for others through unconditional love and strives to hustle kindness in honor and memory of nine friends that lost their battle to cancer during Kyle’s time under treatment. No matter how much pain Kyle has endured he fights to turn that pain into purpose and inspire others to defy the odds.

In Kyle’s spare time he is an avid outdoorsmen and adaptive athlete skiing, cycling, mountain biking and kayaking.

When Kyle isn’t traveling for work, he spends his days embracing New Mexico’s beautiful outdoors and dedicates his time to supporting social impact movements and serves as the Board of Directors President for Camp Enchantment, New Mexico’s summer camp serving kids and teens impacted by cancer.
